What genre or format will your station play?

Should the station be open to everyone, or private (login required)? If private, tell us who needs access.

Media Files

Will you provide your own media files, or would you like us to purchase them on your behalf?

Metadata

Will you be adding your own track metadata (song titles, artist info, etc.)?

Launch Timeline

What’s your target time frame to be on the air?

Broadcast Schedule

Will the station run 24/7, or only during certain hours?

Station Name & Branding

What should the station be called, and do you have a logo or cover art — or would you like help creating one?

Setup & Ongoing Costs

Simple, transparent pricing — you’ll always know what you’re paying for.

Setup Work

$50/ hour

Covers configuration, station setup, and any hands-on work needed to get you on the air.

Media Purchases

$1/ track (typical)

If you’d like us to purchase media on your behalf, most individual tracks run about $1.00 each. You’ll be told the total before anything is purchased.

Monthly Hosting

Months 1–3: Free. No charge for hosting while your station gets established.
Month 4 onward: $50/month for hosting, billed monthly.

Note: Setup hours and media purchases are billed separately from the monthly hosting fee. You’ll be given an estimate before setup work begins.

Billing Terms

A few things to know about how and when you’ll pay.

✓Pay via PayPal — no card storage requiredPayments are handled through our business PayPal account, which accepts credit cards. You’re not required to save your card information unless you choose to.
✓Free for the first 3 monthsNo hosting charges at all during your first three months on the air.
✓$50/month after thatStarting month 4, hosting is billed at a flat $50/month.
✓2-day grace periodPayment is due on the 1st of each month, with a 2-day grace period.
✓Suspension for non-paymentIf payment isn’t received within the grace period, the station will be suspended until payment is made.
✓Media retention after suspensionYour media files are held for 90 days after suspension. Request a copy and it’ll be sent to you as a zip file — otherwise, it’s deleted after 90 days.
