Setup & Ongoing Costs

Simple, transparent pricing — you’ll always know what you’re paying for.

Setup Work
$50one-time

A one-time $50 setup fee, paid up front before work begins — fully refundable if you cancel before your three-month trial ends.

Media Purchases
$1/ track (typical)

If you’d like us to purchase media on your behalf, most individual tracks run about $1.00 each. You’ll be told the total before anything is purchased.

Monthly Hosting

  1. Months 1–3: Free. No charge for hosting while your station gets established.
  2. Month 4 onward: Charged monthly, depending on your broadcast plan.
Note: Media purchases are billed separately from the monthly fee.

Billing Terms

A few things to know about how and when you’ll pay.

  • ✓Pay via PayPal — no card storage requiredPayments are handled through our business PayPal account, which accepts credit cards. You’re not required to save your card information unless you choose to.
  • ✓Free for the first 3 monthsNo hosting charges at all during your first three months on the air.
  • ✓Depends on your broadcast planStarting month 4, hosting is billed according to your Starter, Broadcaster, or Premium plan.
  • ✓2-day grace periodPayment is due on the 1st of each month, with a 2-day grace period.
  • ✓Suspension for non-paymentIf payment isn’t received within the grace period, the station will be suspended until payment is made.
  • ✓Media retention after suspensionYour media files are held for 90 days after suspension. Request a copy and it’ll be sent to you as a zip file — otherwise, it’s deleted after 90 days.
